Jules Holtgrewe joined Grant Thornton in 2023 as an Associate in the M&A practice group. He primarily advises corporate groups and medium-sized companies on national and international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings - both on the buyer and seller side.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he worked at Deloitte Legal.
