Marcus Kissel is a partner in Grant Thornton´s Cologne office, where he is heading the employment law area.
Before joining Grant Thornton, he worked as a partner in the legal division of one of the global big four accounting firms and previously as head of employment law Germany in an international law firm.
He has years of experience in advising national and international companies of all sizes and industries on all aspects of employment law. This includes general advice and the analysis and early identification of potential conflicts as well as transaction support and the representation of clients' interests in and out of court.
