Oliver Knüpfer is Senior Manager in the transfer pricing department in our Düsseldorf office. He has many years of experience in advising clients concerning transfer pricing with special focus on financial transactions and valuations for tax purposes. In addition, he is an expert for projects on transfer pricing structuring.
His expertise includes designing and implementing a pan-European Profit Split Model and integration of IP structures. He has special knowledge concerning digital business models, renewable energies, and real estate businesses as well as in business valuation and competition economics.
