Jessica Marx joined Grant Thornton in 2023 as an Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She primarily advises corporate groups and medium-sized companies on matters of corporate law as well as on national and international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings, both on the buyer and seller side. In addition to due diligence, she focuses on the drafting of transaction documents and project management. Before joining Grant Thornton, she worked as a lawyer at PwC Legal.
