Katrin Anwey

Katrin Anwey joined Grant Thornton in 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She advises national and international companies throughout all stages of M&A transactions. Her work focuses on coordinating and conducting due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating transaction documents (including SPAs, APAs and SHAs), advising on post-closing matters and advising on corporate law issues in the context of transactions.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Katrin worked for an international law firm specializing in corporate and M&A for nearly three years.
