Thomas Felzmann - Senior Manager in the Tax service line
Thomas Felzmann is an expert in tax control frameworks (tax compliance management systems). With his combination of payroll tax expertise and understanding of processes, he has been successfully implementing TCF projects for many years. With the goal of creating a TCF that is “lived out” and delivers its users the greatest use, he supports companies with selecting and implementing operationalisation tools.
He is also a lecturer in TCFs at the Dr. Endriss Tax School [Dr. Endriss Steuer-Fachschule].

- Regular implementation of TCF projects: risk analysis, documenting processes in BPMN 2.0 and subsequent process optimisation
