Dmitry Ivanov is a Senior Manager in the Advisory service line at Grant Thornton. He holds an economics diploma in accounting and auditing as well as the title of ACCA. In addition, he has also passed the CFA level 1 exam.
At Grant Thornton, Dmitry chiefly focuses on financial due diligence and business valuations under IFRS and German GAAP, including large-scale purchase price allocations and impairment tests.
Before joining Grant Thornton in 2021, Dmitry worked in audit and transactions services departments at Big Four firms in Russia, where he gained experience by being involved in audit, buy-side financial due diligence and vendor assistance projects. Dmitry also has experience working as a finance manager in the IT industry.
