Saskia Kohlhaas is partner and as Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Grant Thornton Germany. Se is an experienced digital and IT leader with a background in computer science and extensive experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, AI adoption, platform engineering and cybersecurity. She has repeatedly developed IT organizations from pure operators into strategic drivers of digital transformation and was recognized as "CIO of the Year" for this in 2025.
Her experience spans the automotive, real estate and construction sectors, where she has helped build resilient, future-ready IT and digital operating models.
