Dr Lilian Milkovic is a lawyer, Partner and member of management of the Legal service line. She advises businesses and investors on large-scale real estate transactions. Another of her areas of practice is giving advice on development projects, and particularly on negotiations with the owners in acquiring real estate, developing and negotiating utilisation plans and the drafting the related contracts. She also drafts and negotiates complex commercial leases and hotel leases.
