Dr Lilian Milkovic is partner and member of the leadership team of the Tax & Legal service line. She advises businesses and investors on large-scale real estate transactions. Another of her areas of practice is advice on development projects, particularly on negotiations with owners on acquiring real estate, developing and negotiating utilisation plans and drafting the related contracts. She also drafts and negotiates complex commercial leases.
