Marc Ostwald - CSO
As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Marc Ostwald is part of the Senior Leadership Team of Grant Thornton Germany. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic development of the organization, in particular the company-wide value creation plan, the M&A and lateral hiring strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, the development of competences and the scaling of central business areas.
His current strategic responsibility is based on many years of operational expertise in the project and customer business with a focus on corporate transactions, business valuations, restructurings and expert opinions on economic issues.
He has particular expertise in advising on projects for the public sector and on economic issues against the background of European state aid law. His project experience shapes his view on value drivers, strategic initiatives, portfolio logic and successful integration and growth strategies.
