Stefanie Mattes

Stefanie Mattes has been a Partner in the Advisory service line, based in Munich, since 2026. She has more than 15 years of experience in successfully leading complex transformations in an M&A context – both in corporate environments and in management consulting, with a focus on organisational development. Her extensive experience within a DAX-listed company underpins her deep understanding of the strategic, operational and cultural challenges faced by large, internationally operating organisations.

Stefanie Mattes’s advisory focus is on the management and execution of complex post-merger integrations and carve-outs within international and highly complex organisational structures. She combines strong industry expertise – particularly in mechanical engineering, energy, mobility and logistics – with excellent programme steering and execution capabilities.
