Sibylle Meyer

Sibylle Meyer has been working as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice at Grant Thornton since 2026. She advises national and international companies, as well as SMEs, shareholders, and managing directors on matters of commercial and corporate law, corporate transactions (M&A), and corporate restructuring.

Before joining Grant Thornton, Sibylle Meyer worked for two years as a Legal Counsel for an international company in the field of domestic and international procurement, where she provided legal advice primarily on general commercial and contract law. Prior to that,      while working as a Research Assistant at a leading German corporate law firm, she gained experience in the areas of corporate law/M&A, compliance, and insolvency law.
