Marc Offermanns has been a lawyer and Associate in the dispute resolution/litigation practice group at Grant Thornton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2024. He represents clients in complex court and out-of-court disputes and advises German and international companies on all legal issues of commercial and company law.
Marc Offermanns studied law at Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn. As part of his professional training at Aachen Regional Court, he undertook internships including at the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), another leading international law firm in litigation/dispute resolution, and the legal department of a financial services provider belonging to a German automotive manufacturing group.
