Ricardo Raetz is an Assistant Manager in the Advisory division at our Leipzig office.
He advises and supports clients in the operational planning and implementation of M&A transactions, as well as in the optimisation of operational business processes in the areas of operations, quality, supply chain and IT.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Ricardo Raetz worked for several years as a development engineer and project manager in the vehicle project of an OEM, as well as production manager in a European space project. Subsequently, he was employed as managing director of a medium-sized automotive supplier.
