Christoph Reiter is a Civil Engineer and Senior Manager in the Business Risk & Forensic Services department of Grant Thornton in Düsseldorf. He is responsible for all matters in the field of construction audits, Real Estate and Facility Management and has multiple years of auditing and advisory experience.
Besides audits and advisory in all phases and varieties of construction works, real estate and facility management he performs holistic audits of construction projects, ex post or accompanying the project. In addition, he is experienced in forensic investigations (fraud) related to construction. Prior to his work as a construction auditor Christoph managed construction sites for several years, giving him the skills to base his audits not just on theoretical knowledge but on a real job experience.
Christoph´s approach is to develop solutions that do not only work in theory but also in reality and, in addition, are accepted be the respective people.
