Mirco Sprey is a German Public Auditor and tax adviser in the audit & assurance service line. He has more than seven years of experience in the audit and advisory of international, often publicly listed, groups as well as medium-sized companies. His primary focus is on the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with German and international accounting standards.
In addition, Mirco Sprey advises companies on capital market transactions. His work includes both assurance services and support in meeting capital market requirements, such as the implementation of IFRS and the corresponding adaptation of reporting structures and processes.
