Grant Thornton advises NTT DATA

On August 26, 2026, NTT DATA Business Solutions AG (NTT DATA) announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Netgain AB, Stockholm. Netgain is one of Sweden’s leading ServiceNow specialists and supports companies and public organizations in utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

An interdisciplinary team from Grant Thornton in Germany - comprising experts in finance, tax, and valuation - led by Esmir Salcinovic (Finance), Axel Wagner (Tax), and Jochen Fecher (Valuation), provided comprehensive support to NTT DATA throughout the transaction. In addition, further advisory services were provided on relevant transaction-specific issues, including those related to the purchase agreement negotiations. This support was provided in close collaboration with the Grant Thornton teams from Sweden.
