Dr Dennis Renee Metzler advises public-sector organizations with a strong focus on the digital transformation of municipal and state administrations as well as other public institutions, including universities and church-affiliated organizations.
A core element of his work is the modernization and restructuring of administrative organizations in the context of digitalization. In addition, he oversees the program and project management of complex digitalization initiatives and supports executive leadership in designing effective structures, processes, and decision-making pathways.
His professional practice is complemented by strong methodological and scientific expertise, which he deepened during his doctoral research on digital transformation.
