Valentin Ganzer

Valentin Ganzer joined Grant Thornton in 2025 as a Senior Associate in the M&A practice group. He is focused on cross-border and domestic transactions across the whole M&A deal lifecycle, including pre-deal structuring, due diligence processes, SPA/APA/SHA/TSA drafting, and post-deal integration. 

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he has earned several years of work experience in a well-known Big Four law firm in the Corporate and M&A practice group after his career start in the private sector.

Valentin Ganzer has led several cross-border M&A transactions, sell-side as well as buy-side and piloted post-merger integration processes.
