Josef Nachmann - Lawyer

Josef Nachmann is a lawyer and heads the Legal service line as well as the Munich Office. He advises clients on real estate law, and particularly on complex real estate transactions and developments, business liability law, M&A, and private equity and venture capital investments. Owing to his more than 30 years of experience, he possesses a great wealth of experience in legal disputes and settlement in mediation proceedings. He can also look back on many years of successful practice as an insolvency administrator.
