Dr Predrag Maksimovic specializes in advising on complex national and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and reorganizations. He has extensive experience across various industries and sectors, with a particular focus on the banking and financial services sector. Predrag brings more than 20 years of professional experience. Most recently, he served as Corporate and M&A partner at a leading international law firm.
