Ekaterina Petrusevych has many years’ experience in national and international employee taxation and processing payroll. She is part of the payroll tax subservice line and works in the Düsseldorf office.
She is involved in advising groups and mid-market companies on various payroll tax matters.
She also has many years’ experience in advising businesses and private persons on international assignments and the resulting effects on income tax and payroll tax.
Field of expertise
- Ad hoc advice on various payroll tax matters
- Support with payroll tax and social security audits
- Preparing correction letters under section 153 of the Fiscal Code [AO] and section 41c of the Income Tax Act [EStG]
- Processing C-level payroll statements
- Development and implementation of payroll tax corporate policies (e.g. travel expenses, incentives, company cars) and compensation plans
- Support with carrying out tax control framework projects: recording processes in BPMN 2.0
