Ursula Porth - CPO
Ursula Porth is partner and as Chief People Officer (CPO) a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Grant Thornton Germany. She is responsible for shaping and advancing the firm's people strategy.
She brings extensive international experience in leading global HR organizations and advising executive boards and senior leadership teams on organizational development, leadership, talent management and culture. She also has deep expertise in business transformation, post-merger integration, HR operating models, process excellence and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Ursula held senior executive roles as Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as leadership positions in corporate development, business transformation and internal audit.
