Dr Florian Prechtl - Lawyer

Dr Florian Prechtl specialises in giving legal advice on restructuring, financing and transactions with a particular focus on the real estate and financial sectors. He gives advice to institutional investors, credit institutions and financial service providers in these sectors. He has profound knowledge at the interface of restructuring, financing and transactions in an international context from many years’ experience in-house at the government resolution institution for the former Hypo Real Estate.

Florian is a certified restructuring and reorganisation expert (RWS publishing house). He has acquired theoretical knowledge as specialist lawyer for insolvency law.
