Georg Schüttken maintains customer relationships to the public sector and numerous key companies in the real estate, energy, infrastructure, and Transport & Logistics industries. He advises state departments of the Federal Government and the Federal States, the big cities and local governments, as well as the portfolio of investment companies including public financial institutions. Therefore, he has access to leading corporations in the infrastructure segment, seaport and inland port companies, large and medium-sized airports in Germany, and rail-bound transport companies as well as the relevant investors and other market participants in these segments.
He has many years of experience in buyer and seller involvement in numerous transactions and is therefore able to offer Grant Thornton clients comprehensive expertise in corporate finance and advisory. His core activities also include matters concerning the capital market and special situations (regulation, deregulation, strategy).
