Silvia Michel has been with Grant Thornton since 1992, particularly working in tax consulting. She is head of the public sector team. She has been advising public sector clients (institutions and corporations under public law, federal and regional authorities, local governments and public investment companies) and also non-profit organisations for more than 15 years. Her work is centred on giving all kinds of advice on tax and commercial law and assisting clients in developing accountancy and administrative processes, currently e.g. in implementing and applying tax compliance management systems. She also has many years of experience in drawing up and auditing financial statements.
