Branko Todorovic - Senior Manager in the Advisory service line
Branko Todorovic joined Grant Thornton as a Senior Manager in 2026 after 18 years’ experience with two Big Four firms in both Munich and Serbia. Branko’s work focuses on provision of buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services as well as all aspects of post due diligence work including SPA advisory, negotiation support, and closing/completion accounts reviews.
His clients include large corporates, private equity investors as well as small & medium size enterprises in Germany across various sectors including but not limited to automotive, industrial machinery and automation, TMT, healthcare & life science equipment and services, e-commerce/fintech.
