The Aareon Group has acquired the UK-based provider of AI assistant “Aidenn,” Help me Fix. An international and interdisciplinary team from Grant Thornton, led by Alex Refec and Jonny Darling, advised on the transaction with comprehensive services including both Financial and Tax Due Diligence. With this strategic acquisition, the Aareon Group enhances its AI offering with a proven assistant that combines agentic intelligence and real-time video diagnostics. Aidenn enables housing providers to resolve repairs faster, reduce environmental impact, and improve tenant satisfaction – across the social housing, private residential, and homebuilding sectors. The acquisition marks another step by the Aareon Group in expanding its offering and supporting the property industry with innovative AI solutions to ensure long-term success.
