Sulaiman Al-Saif Group acquires Rotpunkt Dr. Anso Zimmermann GmbH. With this acquisition, the experienced Sulaiman Al-Saif Group expands its portfolio with a German family business with global presence.

A multidisciplinary Grant Thornton team led by Esmir Salcinovic (Financial), Dr. Nicolas Brüggen (Tax) and Dr. Mathias Reif (Legal) advised Al Saif Group comprehensively in the areas of Financial, Tax and Legal over the entire deal cycle – from the LoI through the due diligence process, the negotiation of the SPA and the closing of the transaction

Suleiman Al-Saif family has extensive experience in the household utensils industry since 1970. Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the group focuses on investment in the retail and consumer goods sectors. With its deep expertise in this industry, the Suleiman Al-Saif Group leads transformation efforts. The family-owned group is committed to collaboration, transparency, and flexibility to ensure sustainable success.

ROTPUNKT, founded in 1963 by Dr. Anso Zimmermann, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality vacuum jugs and flasks, known for excellent craftsmanship, timeless design and sustainable quality. ROTPUNKT products are popular in many households, hospitals, hotels and kindergartens worldwide.
