Grant Thornton advises the Colas construction group

Colas SA, the French construction group and subsidiary of the Bouygues Group, has completed the acquisition of the construction and recycling business of the Frauenrath Group. The transaction strengthens Colas’ international network of high-growth companies in the construction industry and expands its presence in the German market. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Grant Thornton Germany provided comprehensive economic and financial advisory services throughout the transaction. A team led by the Partner Wilhelm Mickerts (Advisory) assisted with the acquisition by conducting financial due diligence and providing additional advisory services, particularly related to determining the purchase price and drafting financially relevant transaction documents.
