We’ll manage your global reporting (ONESOURCE/ROAM)
Main features of ROAM
- Grant Thornton uses ROAM, which is based on the standard technology platform ONESOURCE Workflow Manager (OWM) operated by Thomson Reuters, for all global compliance and reporting services
- OWM is web-based software that gives us and our clients real time reporting, worldwide access and control at all times.
- It enables simple access to the entire development of the process and to the documents used in all the involved countries.
- ROAM makes the overall management of a project easier when several countries and users are involved. This gives us the certainty with the project that we and you need.
- It includes dashboard reporting to quickly and simply check the status of the project globally.
Components of ROAM
- Browser database of all entities and their related information (e.g. information on owners, directors, tax numbers)
- Workflow – provides real time management of tasks and steps, particularly for projects with fixed final deadlines. Offers both Grant Thornton and our clients the way to supervise the process proactively.
- File room – administration and storage of documents, including access control and an audit trail
- Tax calendar – used to keep legal filing deadlines.
