Family office auditing and investment taxation

In voluntary audits we focus on your priorities; in statutory audits we give you the certainty that the legal requirements are fulfilled. When auditing the financial statements of investment corporations and securities institutions and when conducting audits under the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG), we are also required to observe regulatory rules.

We assist you, the asset holder or family office, with legal and tax advice in setting up investment funds, including authorisation/registration with BaFin. We also advise you with investment and funds structures concerning all the requirements of the Investment Tax Act (Investmentsteuergesetz – InvStG) as part of our ongoing tax advisory and from setting them up all the way to liquidation.

We help with establishing and optimising or selecting national and international investment structures. We take into account the legal structure and choice of location as well as the entire arrangement and potential effects on tax burden.

In addition, we will assist your family office with tax compliance management. If you do not yet have tax compliance management in place, we will help you in establishing and setting it up.
