Philip Weyand - Lawyer
Since 2018 Philip Weyand has been advising companies from various sectors (including consumer goods, transport and logistics, food, retail, e-commerce, hotels, steel, chemicals and automotive) on regulatory and public law issues. He also advises trade associations and public authorities.
His expertise includes all aspects of administrative law, particularly the law governing products, transport and logistics, and EU state aid (including national funding law).
For many years he has advised companies that are in crisis owing to legal infringements, including providing support with investigations, communicating with the authorities, remedial measures and training. He also assists companies in their dealings with contractual partners and insurance companies.
