Grant Thornton advises Kearney related to the acquisition of OPTANO

The global management consulting firm Kearney announced today that it has acquired OPTANO, a European provider of AI-powered operations optimization solutions. OPTANO will support Kearney on operations engagements, chiefly in AI-powered end-to-end supply chain projects and large-scale operations transformations while continuing working with its existing clients. OPTANO will now operating as “OPTANO, a Kearney company”.
Comprising professionals from Germany and the US, our Grant Thornton team headed by transaction experts Tim Gonnermann (Financial) and Dr. Stefan Hahn (Tax) has provided Financial as well as Tax Due Diligence services related to OPTANO. Furthermore, the Grant Thornton team was able to contribute to the successful project by providing further finance and tax related input throughout the due diligence process as well as by the involvement in specific aspects of the transaction documents.
