There were a large number of rental apartments, with many at the lower end of the market. The business’s constant growth had had a significant effect on its internal processes, its complexity and the variety of things to be considered. Staff workloads had increased enormously.
SOLUTIONS
Our procedure was to establish a centre of excellence for robotic solutions. The posting robot was the central digitalisation solution. It provided assistance with clearing incoming payments and with accounts receivable management. The robot took on processes in the company’s system to relieve the accounts receivable managers, so they were able to focus on their main business.

The job was to advise a listed company in the materials manufacturing and refining industry.
OUR TASK
The company was successful and had historically been growing fast. It was therefore necessary to create a roadmap for an IT and digital strategy in order to be able to implement a digital transformation (primarily of the CFO’s department).
SOLUTIONS
We conducted workshops to define the requirements and record the current situation. Out of this, a roadmap was developed to draft strategies, taking account of current processes, staff, responsibilities and external requirements.
THE RESULT
The result was a long-term strategy and a structured plan of measures for the company. Based on this, we assist the CFO’s department with implementation, e.g., by redesigning reporting and by automating processes by means of robotic process automation.
