Stefan Blum is Partner in our Advisory team and seated in our Duesseldorf office. He has more than 25 years of experience in auditing and advising companies of different industries, including start-up companies.
His activities focus on assistance and advice for companies on acquisitions of companies and company divisions as well as on the sale of companies (Vendor Due Diligence, Carve-outs). In this context, Stefan Blum offers comprehensive advice from the start of the transaction (M&A, preparation of the data), and including analysis and support in purchase agreements, until the implementation of the transaction into the group financial statements (Purchase Price Allocations).
