Tom Winter is Senior Manager in the Debt Advisory team. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he spent nine years at Deloitte in the Debt & Capital Advisory practice, advising corporates, banks and financial sponsors on leveraged finance transactions, refinancings, structured financings and asset-based finance solutions. In addition, Mr. Winter advised on various private equity-led transactions and corporate refinancings.

- Supporting lenders in financial restructuring, including covenant reset and term sheet negotiations
- Supporting SMEs in the development and implementation of tailor-made financing solutions as well as optimisation/restructuring of existing financial liabilities
- Expertise in raising acquisition finance in private equity-led transactions
- Financial modelling (integrated financing models), evaluation of business plans as well as financing and capital structures and preparation of corresponding decision papers in the (re-)financing process
